「這樣看來必另有一安息，為神的子民存留。」（聖經希伯來書四章 9 節）

希伯來書    Hebrews    4  :  9 - 10

4:9 這樣看來，必另有一安息日的安息為　神的子民存留。
So then, there remains a sabbath rest for the people of God;

4:10 因為那進入安息的，乃是歇了自己的工，正如　神歇了他的工一樣。
for whoever enters God's rest also ceases from his labors as God did from his.

「耶和華....使他們四境平安....耶和華把一切仇敵都交在他們手中。」
（聖經約書亞記二十一章 44 節）

約書亞記    Joshus    21  :  43  -  45

21:43 這樣，耶和華將從前向他們列祖起誓所應許的全地賜給以色列人，他們就得了為業，住在其中。
And the LORD gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it,
and dwelt therein.
Thus the LORD gave to Israel all the land which he swore to give to their fathers; and having taken possession
 of it, they settled there
.
21:44 耶和華照著向他們列祖起誓所應許的一切話，使他們四境平安；他們一切仇敵中，沒有一人在
他們面前站立得住。 耶和華把一切仇敵都交在他們手中。
And the LORD gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood
 not a man of all their enemies
before them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand.
And the LORD gave them rest on every side just as he had sworn to their fathers; not one of all their enemies
 had withstood them,
for the LORD had given all their enemies into their hands.
21:45 耶和華應許賜福給以色列家的話一句也沒有落空，都應驗了。
There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came
 to pass.
Not one of all the good promises which the LORD had made to the house of Israel had failed; all came to pass.
　　

一位著名的事奉主的工人告訴我們他母親的故事：

他的母親是一位非常多憂多慮的基督徒，他常花數小時和她談話，要想叫她看見煩惱是

一個罪，但是一點沒有用處。 她曾飽經許多苦楚，特別是那些從未來臨的。

　　

一天早晨，他母親下樓來吃早餐；滿面笑容，和平常大不相同。他心中非常詫異，就問她

什麼事情叫她這樣喜樂； 她告訴他：夜間她做了一個奇異的夢。

　　

夢中她和一大群疲倦、背重擔的人，同在一條大路上行走。他們背上都背著許多黑色的包裹；

她看見許多形狀可憎的惡魔把那些黑色的包裹撒在地上， 讓人們去拾起來背著。

　　

她自己也像別人一樣，背著那些無須背的重擔，覺得非常苦重。過了一會，她抬起頭來，

看見一位人子，帶著一個榮耀的慈顏， 在人群中走來走去，安慰人們。

　　

最後那位人子走到她身邊來了；她仔細一看，原來是她的主。她仰起頭來告訴祂她非常疲倦，

祂帶著一個憂愁的笑容對她說：

　　「

親愛的孩子，這些重擔並不是我給你的；你用不著去背它們。它們是魔鬼給你的，

魔鬼要把你的命壓出來，你知道麼？ 所以你只要將它們丟下來，連你的手指也不去摸一摸，

你就會覺得道路容易了，你也會覺得像生了翅膀一樣。」

　　

祂用手一摸，看哪，平安和喜樂充滿了她的全身；她把她的重擔一擲，正想倒在祂腳前感謝祂

，她突然醒了，發覺她一切的掛慮都消失了。 從這一天起，直到她死的日子，她成了全家最喜樂

的一個人。── 選

歌羅西書    Colossians    3  :  8  -  17 3:8 但現在你們要棄絕這一切的事，以及惱恨、忿怒、惡毒（或作：陰毒）、毀謗，並口中污穢的言語。 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. 3:9 不要彼此說謊；因你們已經脫去舊人和舊人的行為， Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; 3:10 穿上了新人。這新人在知識上漸漸更新，正如造他主的形像。 And have put on the new man , which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: 3:11 在此並不分希臘人、猶太人，受割禮的、未受割禮的，化外人，西古提人，為奴的、自主的，惟有基督是包括一切，又住在各人之內。 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. 3:12 所以，你們既是　神的選民，聖潔蒙愛的人，就要存（原文作穿；下同）憐憫、恩慈、謙虛、溫柔、忍耐的心。 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; 3:13 倘若這人與那人有嫌隙，總要彼此包容，彼此饒恕；主怎樣饒恕了你們，你們也要怎樣饒恕人。 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. quarrel: or, complaint 3:14 在這一切之外，要存著愛心，愛心就是聯絡全德的。 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. 3:15 又要叫基督的平安在你們心裡作主；你們也為此蒙召，歸為一體；且要存感謝的心。 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. 3:16 當用各樣的智慧，把基督的道理豐豐富富的存在心裡（或作：當把基督的道理豐豐富富的存在心裡，以各樣的智慧），用詩章、頌詞、靈歌，彼此教導，互相勸戒，心被恩感，歌頌　神。 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 3:17 無論做甚麼，或說話或行事，都要奉主耶穌的名，藉著他感謝父　神。 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. 從前有一位老人，無論走到甚麼地方，身邊總帶著一小瓶油的； 如果他走過一扇門，門上發出輾軋的響聲來，他就倒一些油在鉸鏈上。如果他走過一扇門，他就塗一些油在門閂上。他一生就是這樣作加油的工作，使他以後的人得著便利。 人們稱他為怪人；但是這位老人依然照舊去行－－瓶裏的油倒空了再裝.倒空了再裝……。 有 許多人，他們每干的生活頂不和諧－－充滿了軋軋聲、咒罵聲……他們需要喜樂油、溫柔油、關切油……你身上有沒有帶著油呢？你應當隨時帶著你的幫助油－－從 早到晚去分給人－－從你最近的人分起。也許你早晨分給他的油，可以夠他一日應用。把喜樂油分給沮喪的人－－對絕望的人說一句鼓勵的話－－哦，這是一件何等 美麗的事。 在人生的道路上有許多人，我們也許一生只會碰到一次；以後永遠不會冉相遇了。所以千萬不要錯過這唯一的機會啊！ 多少次，一滴恩慈油，會叫一個頂硬的罪人軟化1過來。預備接受救主贖罪的恩典。一切悅耳的話，對於一個憂傷的心，就是照明黑暗的陽光。 『愛弟兄，要彼此親熱』（羅十二章十節）。－－選 羅馬書    Romans    12  :  9  -  21  12:9 愛人不可虛假；惡要厭惡，善要親近。 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. 12:10 愛弟兄，要彼此親熱；恭敬人，要彼此推讓。 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; with...: or, in the love of the brethren 12:11 殷勤不可懶惰。要心裡火熱，常常服事主。 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; 12:12 在指望中要喜樂，在患難中要忍耐，禱告要恆切。 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; 12:13 聖徒缺乏要幫補；客要一味的款待。 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. 12:14 逼迫你們的，要給他們祝福；只要祝福，不可咒詛。 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. 12:15 與喜樂的人要同樂；與哀哭的人要同哭。 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. 12:16 要彼此同心；不要志氣高大，倒要俯就卑微的人（人：或作事）；不要自以為聰明。 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. condescend...: or, be contented with mean things 12:17 不要以惡報惡；眾人以為美的事要留心去做。 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. 12:18 若是能行，總要盡力與眾人和睦。 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. 12:19 親愛的弟兄，不要自己伸冤，寧可讓步，聽憑主怒（或作：讓人發怒）；因為經上記著：主說：伸冤在我；我必報應。 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 12:20 所以，你的仇敵若餓了，就給他吃，若渴了，就給他喝；因為你這樣行就是把炭火堆在他的頭上。 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. 12:21 你不可為惡所勝，反要以善勝惡。 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

以賽亞書    Isaiah    62  :  1, 2, 6, 7
62:1 我因錫安必不靜默，為耶路撒冷必不息聲，直到他的公義如光輝發出，他的救恩如明燈發亮。
For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth.

62:2 列國必見你的公義；列王必見你的榮耀。你必得新名的稱呼，是耶和華親口所起的。
And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.
62:6 耶路撒冷啊，我在你城上設立守望的，他們晝夜必不靜默。呼籲耶和華的，你們不要歇息，
I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, make...: or, are the LORD's remembrancers

62:7 也不要使他歇息，直等他建立耶路撒冷，使耶路撒冷在地上成為可讚美的。
And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth. rest: Heb. silence

65:1 （大衛的詩歌，交與伶長。）　神啊，錫安的人都等候讚美你；所許的願也要向你償還。
To the chief Musician, A Psalm and Song of David. Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed. waiteth: Heb. is silent
 
65:2 聽禱告的主啊，凡有血氣的都要來就你。
O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.
 
65:3 罪孽勝了我；至於我們的過犯，你都要赦免。
Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away. iniquities: Heb. Words, or, Matters of iniquities
 
65:4 你所揀選、使他親近你、住在你院中的，這人便為有福！我們必因你居所、你聖殿的美福知足了。
Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple. 
65:5 拯救我們的　神啊，你必以威嚴秉公義應允我們；你本是一切地極和海上遠處的人所倚靠的。
By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:
65:6 他既以大能束腰，就用力量安定諸山，
Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:
 
65:7 使諸海的響聲和其中波浪的響聲，並萬民的喧嘩，都平靜了。
Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.
65:8 住在地極的人因你的神蹟懼怕；你使日出日落之地都歡呼。
They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice. rejoice: or, sing
 
65:9 你眷顧地，降下透雨，使地大得肥美。　神的河滿了水；你這樣澆灌了地，好為人預備五穀。
Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it. and...: or, after thou hadst made it to desire rain 
65:10 你澆透地的犁溝，潤平犁脊，降甘霖，使地軟和；其中發長的，蒙你賜福。
Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof. settlest: or, causest rain to descend into makest...: Heb. dissolvest it
 
65:11 你以恩典為年歲的冠冕；你的路徑都滴下脂油，
Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness. with: Heb. of65:12 滴在曠野的草場上。小山以歡樂束腰；
They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side. rejoice...: Heb. are girded with joy
 
65:13 草場以羊群為衣；谷中也長滿了五穀。這一切都歡呼歌唱。
The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.

這個動作，如果是年輕人，從後面拍更好。老人從前面拍也行。這樣做，馬上血液迴圈就好。

◆深呼吸，下蹲起，10點10分去看戲◆

 

深呼吸，一種叫胸式呼吸，一種叫腹式呼吸。我們平時呼吸，每一次吸入呼出空氣500毫升，一次深呼吸就有2500毫升～3000毫升。這個深呼吸，一次就有7～8次平時呼吸的量。

更重要的不僅是氧氣多了7～8倍，而且橫膈膜一下降，胃、肝、脾、腸等得到溫和按摩，改善腸胃功能，什麼膽石癌、膽結石全沒有了，還能保護內臟。
 

下蹲起，就是站起來再下蹲，蹲下去再站起來，要做夠5～10次，漸漸做夠15～20次。人在下蹲站起的時候，對交感神經、副交感神經是最好的鍛煉。以後你突然一下站起來就沒事了，頭暈頭疼腦袋發蒙也沒有了。
 

什麼是10點10分去看戲呢? 雙臂向身體兩側伸開，和地面平行，類似鐘錶9點15分時時針與分針的位置;然後雙臂同時向10點10分的位置抬起，再回落9點15分的位置。重複這個動作，連續做20～30次。腰肌、背肌、胸肌、頸部肌肉都得到鍛煉。
 

什麼是叫 "去看戲" 呢? 小時侯在農村,牆很矮,隔壁在演戲,你想看戲的話就得把腳踮起來,伸長脖子。保持這個姿勢幾秒鐘,之後再反復去做,這樣做以後肩部、上肘、頸部、腳部肌肉都能得到鍛煉。
